Ultra Instinct Return Policy

At UltraInstinct, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Return Window

  • Returns Accepted: Within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure that the return shipment is trackable, as UltraInstinct is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Final Sale Items

  • Items from the "Final Sale" collection are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all items currently listed on our store.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Support@UltraInstinct.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the item, including a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items and any items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
